Hey everyone!
I’ve been feeding my dog the same kibble for a while now, and he seems to enjoy it, but I’m starting to wonder if I should be mixing things up a bit. I’ve heard that adding variety to a dog’s diet can be beneficial, but I’m not sure how much or what types of food to add.
Has anyone here tried incorporating things like wet food, raw food, or even some homemade meals alongside regular kibble? I’m especially curious if it’s something that helps with things like his coat, digestion, or energy levels.
Would love to hear what works best for your dogs!

Hey Emily! With Diesel, I’ve kept his kibble as the base but started mixing in things like plain chicken or a bit of sweet potato now and then. It’s helped his coat shine, and he seems to have more energy on our park days, small changes can make a big difference.
