Thankfully Kelly was there to help. In our first session she showed me how quickly Ritzy could learn. She taught me to recognize when Ritzy was reaching her anxiety threshold, how to keep her below it, and how to raise what she could handle. Ritzy used to tug at her leash constantly, she even gnawed on it; now, she'll walk right by my side and I trust her to stay by me on off-leash trails.
