Halo K9 Behavior Consultation
Learn More About Us Learn More I adopted Lincoln from HALO and he is the sweetest puppy! We had an incident where he became territorial with another male dog, so I took him back to HALO to be observed. The ladies there were wonderful to him and Regina explained to me how to read his body language so I could understand his mood. I didn't realize there were so many different meanings to tail wagging!
